Riverside apartments at London’s Triptych Bankside launched for sale in Singapore


Offered features inside Triptych Bankside include several exclusive lounges, recreation rooms, a private 14-seat in-house movie theater, a 24-hour reception and concierge, and common designed gardens.

The project lies close to world-class art venue Tate Modern, the world-renowned theater Shakespeare’s Globe and the cooking hotspot at Borough Market.

“All 169 apartments include exclusive outdoor patio spaces with tranquil sights, making Triptych Bankside a preferable South Bank standard of living residence,” says Wong.

The entire development makes up 2 residential towers of 14 and 18 storeys, an 85,000 sq ft office complex, as well as 29,000 sq ft of store, wellness, and social places. The units for sale are part of the East Building which includes 79 deluxe flats. Prices begin with GBP995,000 for a one-bedroom flat.

Savills Singapore is promoting the sale of deluxe flats in the East Building of Triptych Bankside in London.

Thus far this year, the project has indeed clocked up touching GBP150 million value of residence sales.

“Triptych Bankside’s one-of-a-kind façade is reflective of an art item arranged against the London skyline. Triptych Bankside is a GBP450 million ($736 million) mixed-use plan, created by globally reputable builders Squire & Allies. It is being developed by Central European realtor developer J&T Realty.
